All versions of PermitPro now include unlimited support via email - you can email us at support@smart-forms.com with any questions you might have about the system, or from within PermitPro, just click on the "Support Center" button, choose "Send a Message to Customer Support" and you can send your message directly to us from there.
A Smart Forms representative may contact you wishing to do an online support session. Depeding on the type of session, you will be asked to download a copy of GoToMeeting from Citrix, or our own proprietary support software, which can be found here. It's pretty cool - we can access your computer, make whatever changes or updates need to be made, or show you how to do something with a function you're not familiar with. It's also perfectly safe - we can only access your computer when you invite us to do so.
